Principal, Mindy Bonomelli has more than 25 years’ experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, gained across leading practices in Perth, Sydney and London.  

Mindy advises boards, executives and in-house teams on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule advice and compliance, equity capital raisings, asset and share sale transactions and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Mindy is a trusted adviser to Boards whom she advises and works with to put in place effective governance structures and to achieve compliance with governance reporting obligations.

Mindy has particular depth in the resources sector, including significant experience in Namibia and other African jurisdictions.
