Principal, Mindy Bonomelli brings extensive corporate and commercial legal experience gained from over 25 years as a senior corporate lawyer in Perth, Sydney and London advising listed companies, investments banks and private enterprises.  

Mindy advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule advice and compliance, equity capital raisings, asset and share sale transactions and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Mindy is a trusted adviser to Boards and Company Secretaries, whom she advises and works with to put in place effective governance structures and to achieve compliance with governance reporting obligations.
